during Q3 2018. The CDI technology was developed by Prof. Dutta and his research team, while I was responsible for the product design.

Objective

Capacitive deionization is an energy efficient process of desalinating brackish water. I was asked to design a compact system with simple access to internal components for frequent maintenance.
